Balance, and in our prayers lives, with corporate prayer, I for one need balance. The amount of people and things I should be praying for is like a wall that I hit and can't get over! Frustrating, because I so want to be an effective fervent pray'er. I do feel like I fail at prayer. That's not anything God puts on me I know, it's all me! I am not good at doing a public prayer or public speaking for that matter, but I just say what is on my heart and if it sounds funny I am sure God is having a laugh, but still listening to every word;)Jenny @ flutterbyechronicleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06099773292436810588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6271233348676627606.post-34375949437596421462009-05-08T17:07:00.000-05:002009-05-08T17:07:00.000-05:00Hi Beth,
Thank you for stopping by my blog today!
...Hi Beth,
Thank you for stopping by my blog today!

This is kind of funny. In the past few weeks, I've made a lot of new bloggy friends. From reading their blogs, I can see that many of them need prayer. So just today I decided to get out a journal and begin a list of all these people because there are so many that I'm starting to have trouble keeping them all in my head. Then I came over to your blog and found that today's post is on prayer! Very ironic! Wonderful post!

Happy Mother's Day! By the way, you look too young to be a grandma! (You're only 2 years older than me!)Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10064097529819037135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6271233348676627606.post-15464248330294014012009-05-08T16:15:00.000-05:002009-05-08T16:15:00.000-05:00Beth,

Tears formed in my eyes as I read your post. "WE" are the ones who make prayer hard. Thanks for posting!Dontmissyoursunsetladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02837332668019832243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6271233348676627606.post-59343475687786184272009-05-08T15:35:00.000-05:002009-05-08T15:35:00.000-05:00Great post Beth. Definitely one of the atributes of my faith that I can't stress enough to my own children. My 8 year old decided to write a story yesterday. When he got stuck with his idea, he came to me for suggestions. I told him that I would LOVE to help him, as long as he had prayed and asked God for help first.

Someday I won't be around and it is never too early to lead my little ones to the only One who will be by their side for the rest of their life.

***And just wanted to hug you for your sweet words about copying that poem on my blog today. I am hoping to encourage Charlotte. No doubt, your words will!***

Blessings!Joanne@ Blessed...https://www.blogger.com/profile/07290913410660688626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6271233348676627606.post-57764825124335213572009-05-08T15:18:00.000-05:002009-05-08T15:18:00.000-05:00Good post!
