The 5 points we recite while holding up our right hand, a finger at a time is: God is Who He says He is. 2. God can do what He says He can do. 3. I am who God says I am. 4. I can do all things through Christ
5. Life [and death] happens. It sends us the unexpected - the good and the bad. Though this death is ultimitely GOOD because Brad knew Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord, his death was final victory. He was commissioned by one of our elders a few weeks ago upon leaving and told that elder that he was scared and afraid that he might not return. He came home alright - home to heaven - his final home.

Yes, life happens. Death happens too. Brad's desire would have been for his family to know Christ. One person has already come to Christ since his death and hopefully many more will too - so that his life and death was not in vain.

Thanks for this post on the reality of life!

Choosing JOY,
Stephanie
[JESUS - the One I Worship]TRUTH SHARERhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17069583768409534620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6271233348676627606.post-29368559390441983482009-06-07T14:51:33.042-05:002009-06-07T14:51:33.042-05:00Hi Beth!
