just one touch...

"For she said, If I may touch
but His clothes, I shall
be whole"
(Mark 5:28)

One touch.

Just one touch from His hand. And I will be made whole.

Whole in spirit.
Whole in heart.
Whole in Him.

On my knees, I reach for the hem of His garment.

Desperately seeking.

Stretching forth my arm, I reach out with all
that I have. He is just within my grasp.
Falling on my face, I feel my fingertips graze
the edge of His robe.

Just one touch.

I feel the power of the Almighty course through my body.

Power that only comes from Him.
Power that knows no limits.

It is released in my being and beginning a new work.

A work of healing.

A work of new direction.
New focus.
New commitment.

Just one touch and now I worship.
On my face, I give praise to the One who is so worthy.

Desperately seeking.
Yearning for more.

Thank you, sweet Lord, for the power that comes from just one touch. I love you and I worship you for who you are. You are my all in all.

Seeking More,

Powerful! It strikes me that we mortals often look for the sensational in order to experience God. Yet it's true: a simple, humble touch is as sensational as anything.

I have so felt your words on this post!!!!! I have a 5 yr old nephew with Cerebral Palsy, and pray this this for him everyday...Just one touch..Lord and he will be healed!

Thanks for stopping by my blog...It is so hard to let your precious children grow up and then sacrifice themelves for Christ...In one since you are thrilled that they love and serve Jesus..and then there is the Mary side..But, it's my heart and soul Lord!!! When they hurt, when they are are lonley, hungrey and poured out!.. But I am always so touched that Christ chose me for their Mother :)

My son-in-law Doctor (his name) Has had a terrible headach to, and internal pain :(, as of yesturday he was finally feeling a little better! He really thought he would not get malaria, he had the same strain as your daughter to. But , now he will know without doubt that he will have to prepare better!..Last year they had no problem when they went back...:)
I two have three daughter about the same age too :) But only one grandson...My youngest is with Cwam (cowboys with a mission) an extension of YWAM...she is in Costa Rica right now...

`Just one touch`

That's what I had this morning.

I sprang up from a dead sleep praising our LORD.
Realizing the prayers of the righteous are not returned void.
